PROCEDIMENTO

per la base e mmf andare qui

Ingredienti
per la bavarese Zabaglione
4 egg yolks 100 gr sugar

gr.35 cornstarch
ml. 50 dry marsala
4 sheets of gelatin
ml.250
ml.125 cream milk

put aside for 10 minutes to soak in cold water paste
fish.
Heat the milk with the Marsala. Meanwhile mounted
the yolks with the sugar and cornstarch.
Add the milk, put on the stove and cook over low heat until
it thickens, add the gelatin and close.


Allow the cream to cool down and then incorporate the cream.


Cut the base and pour over a syrup made with water and sugar if you like
can add a bit 'of Marsala.
Stuff with the Bavarian zabaglione and place in refrigerator for several hours.
