Bavarian almonds with raspberry sauce


That 's a very delicate Bavarian and goes well with the sauce of raspberries
.

INGREDIENTS
gr.220 sugar, I've put 50 gr. less
ml.200 milk
gr. 200 raspberry smoothies
gr.150 almond flour
gr.125
gr fresh whipped cream. 15
powdered sugar 6 sheets gelatin

PROCEDURE

Dissolve gelatin in boiling milk,

Add the ground almonds and sugar.


Let cool.


Add the whipped cream, mix gently
, from bottom to top.

Put the cream on the molds or mold, as you prefer.
storing it for 4 hours in refrigerator.

Gently rinse the raspberries and put to dry on the paper.
